At check-in I had trouble hearing and understanding the clerk. Had a light out in the room. Contacted front desk and was told it would be fixed while we went to dinner. It was not and I had to go get a bulb and replace it myself. One reason we picked there to stay was the hot tub and pool. Pool and tub closed to bathroom maintenance, Desk claimed it would be fixed by time we got back. After having to fix the light, didn’t have the ambition to walk to the other end of the hotel to see if he was right. Will not stay there again, and the free breakfast was a joke.

The hotel is a good deal. The place is a bit outdated, but everything was clean, stocked, and the staff were so friendly; the parts that matter the most when staying at a hotel. The breakfast options were limited, but I was just thankful they offered complimentary breakfast. Most hotel no longer offer any sort of breakfast options anymore, especially not for this price. If I find myself in the area again, I will book my stay here.

This was an older building but the rooms were updated and clean. A couple of usb chargers on wall and lamp. Pool and hottub worked, older but just what I needed. I felt safe

Read the signs about when rooms are cleaned, how to signal “make bed” etc. I didn’t know the rules and bed never made Hot tub was SUPER hot but the jets didn’t work well Breakfast was barely adequate as it lacked variety Can hear when neighboring rooms shower

We’ve been staying here 2-3 times a year, for the past few years, while visiting my sons. Decent place, recently renovated, close to the highways and the casino. They also have an indoor pool and hot tub, which is something I look for.

The breakfast was ok but not very warm and little variety but everything else was great. It was extremely clean and I am fussy. The staff were over the top polite and helpful.

Room was freshly updated and very clean. We were sad no coffee maker in room, but then found out they have 24/7 coffee in the lobby. All carb based options for breakfast plus apples, no real protein. Would be nice to have some hard boiled eggs. But the biscuits and gravy were yummy! The pool and hot tub area looked nice & clean, the water felt warm and nice (we didn’t technically use, just checked out the area). Staff were all very friendly at check-in and check-out. Hotel was quiet at night which was great considering they were sold out. Room and bed were very comfortable. Would definitely stay here again! Thank you for a great experience!
