The room we stayed in the air wasn’t cool at all it was soooo stuffy and hot my husband ended up having an asthma attack. . We ended up going to target to by a fan to put on the night stand, i had to run downstairs twice to the lobby because the room key kept deactivating .

We had a good check in process. Gretchen was nice and professional. The room was spacious. Only complaint is the microwave took forever to heat the food up, small and low wattage I guess. Bed was comfy but little on the soft side which doesn't help my back. The location is great, close to many things including where my daughter lives. I didn't get a chance to enjoy the pool this time but I will next time I stay.
