I did not like that money was not taken off the price of the room, which was the price before I paid money on the Expedia site. The lady that checked me in was firm with that price and told me to call Expedia. Someone is not truthful here. Money needs to be refunded to me.

Beds were comfortable compared to others I’ve stayed in pool was a great temperature. Close to anything you could want to eat! WiFi is advertised at 100 mb/s it’s 3mb/s at best.

I'm sure the sheets were clean, but 2 pillow cases and the comforter had blood stains. Leah at the front desk readily replaced the pillow cases. The tub was on a constant drip and would not shut off. I did not complain during my 2 day stay, as I didn't want maintenance in my room while I was there. The breakfast was decent, and the breakfast lady was super friendly! It's no fault of the hotel, but M31 is busy with noisy traffic at all hours. I think you get what you pay for here.

Had a great stay! Our room was clean and everything was working. Great location to access all the lakeshore has to offer from Muskegon to Holland. Breakfast was a great and had so many options. The pancake maker was a huge hit for our little one. The pool was clean and warm. Only issues we had were very minor and didn't affect our stay - The hot tub was missing a drain cover but still usuable and, at the times we went, there were no clean towels in the pool area.
