The room was clean and the staff was friendly. The breakfast included a good selection. The only drawback we experienced was being at the end of the hallway near the stairs. The doors opening and closing were very loud. The rooms do not have good noise management, so the hallway noises woke us frequently. Good hotel for the price point.

Everything was great. Bed and pillows were super comfortable. Only negative we were on the 2nd floor and the people on the 3rd floor arrived about midnight. Walked like they were 400 lbs.

No coffee pot in room. It did have a refrigerator and a microwave. I did not think for 150.00 a night the room was that nice. The pool was freezing could not even get in. The ladder to the pool was rusty. Housekeeping knocking on my doorat 7:45 am.

I never saw a server in 3 days. Eggs were subpar. I was told Best Western took out all the coffee makers. The elevators had been out for a month according to desk clerk. No donuts.
