Dirtiest hotel , Carpet looks like it hasn't been cleaned in years.. Rooms were only cleaned every 3rd day had dogs barking at night and cold breakfast would not recommend anyone to stay

This place was horrible. There was grease and dirt on the elevator control panel, lobby stank. From there it only got worse - on the 5 th floor where are room was the carpet was filthy, and appeared to have dried vomit in hall. Room had broken towel rack hanging from the wall by only one screw, fixtures in bathtub leaked. Black grease on the walls, yellow stained paint everywhere, holes in multiple places where pictures taken down and not patched. The sheets appears clean at least. Checked out the following morning after one night of a 2 night stay, lady in the lobby did not ask why we were leaving a day early but made sure that we ended up paying for both days in spite of only staying one. There is just no reason for a name brand hotel to let quality go like this and I hope someone at Radisson cares enough about their brand to intervene and shut this rat trap down.

The person checking us in was rude. The carpet was filthy on our floor. The room was decent but the bed was worn out. The breakfast was limited and not good.

This was by far the nastiest hotel I have ever stayed at. Carpets throughout facility were dirty and trash everywhere. Headboards had black gummy particles. Lamps rusty and dirty. Heard same complaints of how nasty this hotel is from other guest on elevator. The surrounding area felt unsafe. I would never stay at this hotel or any hotel affiliated with Country Inn and suites. Was a first and last for us !

It was great for a spur of the moment trip. My granddaughter lived the waffle breakfast! The only negative was the pool not being open.

The hotel was convenient to Garden City beach and was pet friendly, overall a good stay. They could do a better job cleaning up the elevators and carpet stains outside the elevator. Turn on the TV with News channel in the breakfast dining room.

UNINHABITABLE! I don’t know when the photos were taken but it had to be years ago. The building is blue not as pictured on the website. I have 2 videos but no platform to upload them. It Ruined part of my Family Reunion because I was unable to join part of it because my time was consumed seeking sleeping accommodations elsewhere. Alternative accommodations cost an extra $100. I booked through Expedia and sat in the parking lot and filed a claim to cancel. I am Currently awaiting a reply from the hotel to confirm my cancellation order. I’m prepared to seek legal assistance should my claim be denied. Please, please, please don’t stay there! All types of shady looking characters were standing under the covered entrance and riding up and down the elevator. The only advantage of being there is if you are unhoused and seeking shelter.

Had no issues checking in. If my stay wasn’t non refundable I would’ve immediately asked for my money back. Silly me booked this hotel without looking at the reviews because I felt it would be decent because of the name. This place is dirty. Carpet dirty, elevator dirty. When I entered the room it felt like an igloo I believe it was to take some attention off of the mold that I smelled when I entered the room. Elevator half broken. They need to replace all the carpet in that place. I’ve never stayed at a hotel so dirty. Please don’t spend your money on this place

Upon entering the room we found ramen noodles left in the sink. No faucet in the hot tub. Stained carpet in the lobby and hallways. A group of drunk women allowed to wander the halls, laughing and yelling loudly while falling all over each other.

The place is clean, but I was disappointed that we could not use the pool. We had 3 different rooms because lock was broken on door, toilet didn’t flush well, fire department showed up after the fire alarm went off, they said an A/C unit on 3rd floor caught fire. Vending machines not stocked, musty smell in halls and room. Good thing I brought my inscence sticks. Saving grace was that it is clean!!!

Comfortable but dirty

It was just a quick "one night" to keep from having to drive home at night. The hotel wasn't clean. It was, in fact, kinda dirty. However, for all intents and purposes, it was a comfortable stay. The carpeting in the room was filthy. I felt gross putting my feet on it. Although, my room was supposed to have been non smoking (I have major health issues) I could tell that someone had smoked in it. THAT'S not the hotel's fault. However, the filthy floor was 100% the fault of the hotel. Breakfast was actually good. We had eggs, bagel & cream cheese, sausage etc. it was quite nice. My only issue was the hotel was just generally dirty, but ya get what you pay for in situations like this. As I said, it was a comfortable night's stay.

The room was dirty. There was hair in the shower. It smelled musky. The mini fridge needed defrosted, you could not get anything in the “freezer”. Was told after we checked in that the pool was closed, because part of the ceiling had fallen down. We were told that an AC in one of the rooms malfunctioned & set off the fire alarm mind you at 12:30 am. We had to evacuate our room and find a safe place to wait for the fire department to give an all clear before we could return to our room. It was about 45-60 minutes later. We were not compensated for all the inconveniences. Maid service was only offered every 3 day. Will not be staying here again. Very disappointed!
