This was our 3rd time staying here. We like it because we can bring our little dog. Its ocean front and we mostly come to go on the beach. Most of the staff are friendly and helpful. Our only complaint is th door code, it's too long and id not set so you can change it to a personal code for your stay. We locked it up once and had to have maintenance come and reset it. They were quick to come and fix it.

Nice hotel, great location, REALLY slow elevators

Nice hotel, clean room, but the elevators are extra slow and sometimes one has to wait 10 min to get up/down if they're crowded. Room could use a salt and pepper shaker so people don't have to bring/buy them.

I was there over the Labor Day weekend. This property was so awful. This place needed a major update Some rooms had roaches in there. You needed a code to get into your room on the beach and after 6 PM and in the pool area, I will never recommend this place to anybody. This place needs a major do over FAST…..

No tint on windows. No privacy!! no privacy on balconies! Cameras, shooting directly on balconies with no tint on the windows! Don’t get dressed anywhere near the windows! They are probably watching you. Dogs everywhere! Huge dogs! Taking up all the room on the elevator. We will never stay there again!!

Be careful about your pets. They won’t tell you what breeds they don’t allow until your ready to check in! We checked in, then immediately had to leave. Staff was very rude and the resort isn’t convenient at all

Resort nice, but would not budge on dates.

The stay itself was great, the weather was not good. It rained the whole weekend. My stay was Aug. 9-11. The hotel was great. They had spa inside and on the outside. And pools as well. I had a nice oceanview, it was clean and all the amenities. Nice kitchenette and everything you need to cook. So I enjoyed. But I went through too many third parties. Vacasa, Hotel.com, Expedia. and the Ocean Park did not want to change my dates my daughter was sick so I just went by myself.

Unique parking Kitchen was very small with no dishwasher or prep area. Was also across from the bathroom. Our door had to be slammed in order to close. Thought for sure the elevator was going to drop at any minute.
