Housekeeping was good. View we were promised online was not what we received. We were told we would receive a full night credit which so far we have not. It has now been seven days since we checked in. Seven days since they promised to reverse the charges of one night. Seven business days. We should have seen a credit to our account by now. We also were charged $75 for incidentals. We were told those would be refunded to us as well. They were not. When can we expect to see proper credit?

We went for one night to celebrate my birthday and ended up staying 1 more night, we loved the place, the facilities and our room a really incredible view, the sound of the sea a total relaxation, easy access to the beach, the reception staff were very very friendly. We'll be back very soon.

Was not easy to get the actual beach, there was a small cliff like area that you to jump down to and then climb back up. Also the room was very humid, the bed felt damp.

Extremely accessible to all things fun. Pool, lazy river and access to beach is fantastic. Lots of good restaurants around. On site restaurant hours are limited by had good options.
