Disliked: Cleanliness, amenities, property conditions & facilities
Check-in.. He (not friendly)asked me what floor I wanted? 2nd or 3rd. I asked him which was best.. he said they’re all the same. Said 3rd floor..gave me room 313..right near elevator and ice machine. Slamming of doors mornings and nights.. waking up from a complete sleep constantly. Room.. broken window curtain… it’s December and the very noisy air conditioner kept coming on….bedspread old and raggedy(hairs attached)… Bathroom…toilet under rim disgusting ( cleaned it myself with Clorox wipes!)..under soap holder bathtub and spout where water comes out filthy and under handle bars in tub pink slime and rust. Wanted a bath but it was dirty. . Breakfast… floors sticky..oatmeal to much water in it , bananas past there prime as well as oranges. Chairs have tears in cushions and underneath. Pool area… water very cloudy… music blaring couldn’t hear yourself talking… not enough towels… thin towels..huge bug in pool…ANTS. Dead ants under towel racks and stack of lounge chairs and some crawling along edge of pool. Temperature of water… not warm. Cool. The biggest thing for my 6 year old granddaughter was the toilet paper. She said it was like wiping with the paper that comes out of a box when your mom orders something in the mail… it was bad… real bad… BRING YOUR OWN. I had called the day before to see if we could check in early( at 2) said room wasn’t ready (Sunday) yet listened to woman on Monday check someone in two hours early. Very disappointed. Hot chocolate bar…a+.
