It was a quiet place for a night and you could not hear much of what was going on in the rooms which is nice compared to other hotels where you can hear everything going on. We wanted a place with a pool. The pool closed at 8pm. It was advertised as being open until 11pm. Also advertised was breakfast being included. There was no breakfast available, we were told we could show the room key at the diner next door for a percentage off. It was overpriced and not worth it for us to eat there. The rooms were decent, the could have been a deeper clean done, towels looked dingy. We had 2 rooms, one refrigerator did not work at all and one of the TV's did not allow us to change the channel. It was cold out so we were able to use the balcony to store beverages for the night. Overall, I might stay again but bring some cleaning supplies to clean high contact areas. I would also bring breakfast food with me, as paying for overpriced food when on a budget just is not worth it.

It was convenient, right off Rt 95. It was less expensive than many motels in area, with diner within walking distance. There was plenty of parking; staff was thoughtful & courteous (moved me from a 2nd floor to 1st floor room due to my problem with stairs); it was quiet.

I probably wouldn't stay here again. Cigarette butts everywhere outside our door and around vehicles. Not sound proof at all. All night we could hear the upstairs sliding door open and close.

No heat in the lobby or hallways. Doors from outside didn't lock. Room clean need new Matress. bathroom tub could be cleaner. Rugs could use a bath. TV only had one station that worked. Very nice and friendly front girl. She was very efficient.
