A clean, convenient place to stay for a visit to Mystic, Casino's, Westerly, RI. The staff was very friendly and our room was quiet, spacious, modern and clean. Noontime checkout is also a plus.

Great hotel! Friendly staff members. Comfortable rooms. The location is good too. It’s right off 95 and close to downtown Mystic either by car or walking. I highly recommend it.

They made you sign a quiet policy and yet the other guest repeatedly slammed doors all night. As well as dogs barking all night. There was mold on the shower curtain.

I asked for the room to be cleaned and the cleaning person said that it was already completed, which it was not. I needed to request for more toilet paper and towels. I called early in the day to request an early check in and not one room was available, this has never happened in the any of my travels. We were always permitted to check in even if it was 30minutes early and this was not an option here. They said there was a restaurant, which there was not you could Order food but no restaurant on site, very misleading! I would not come back again nor would I recommend this hotel to anyone.

Staff were excellent, room was nice and big. Lots of families with young children and some guests brought dogs so not as quiet as we had hoped. Otherwise excellently situated for exploring Mystic.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The location is convenient to all attractions. On the negative side, breakfast was an upcharge and boringly the same all four mornings. Our bed quilt had two tears and was leaking feathers, and the top sheet had a black stain. The deadbolt did not work. Repairs to the grout in the shower stall were sloppy. The full-length mirror had handprints (or paw prints) on the bottom third. The bed was very high, and I had to use the ice bucket as a stool. For our $300+/night we expected perfection but found the experience to be less than expected from a Hyatt.
