The hotel was very deceiving as It’s right next to a trailer park and on a very very very busy freeway. The upstairs neighbors were so nosy walking back and forth all night and morning. You could hear every single loud stomp they took. The road noise was unbearable. For $250 per night plus a $30 “resort” fee and $20 for parking, I was expecting something with at least a peaceful night sleep. Would never stay here again. I have no idea how they have a 9 star rating.

loved the room and hotel - but was not happy with the new "$30 resort fee" that was only communicated to me once I checked in...or the new overnight parking fee's. This significantly increases the cost of staying at your hotel - which I stay at whenever I am in Napa (several times a year). Sadly, I will likely look for a different hotel on my next stay to avoid these additional unexpected fees'. Thank you!

Hotel facilities were great, location was convenient. But, we stayed 4 nights and housekeeping NEVER went into room 309 to tidy up bedding, replace towels and coffee, clean, etc We even asked the front desk to have them clean and it still didn’t happen. Quite disappointing experience in that sense. There are probably better places to stay in Napa.
