The room was very clean. The beds and pillows are really great. I read a lot of reviews about the noise, but I didnt have that experience. Maybe because it was December and not crowded in the hotel, plus I am from the city so vehicle traffic noise doesnt bother me. Staff was very very friendly.

Our go to place when we come to the wine country. Quiet and easy to uber or drive around. Close to one of our favorite restaurants, Don Giovanni’s. A must! Staff friendly, always accommodate our needs. Clean rooms. They always remember us! Highly recommend.

I initially tried to book directly through the hotel for a cyber Monday deal they had through the website, but I never received a confirmation email. So I booked through Hotels.com. When I got there, they said I had 2 bookings and when I tried to secure the better deal they said I couldn’t because I had a reservation through Hotels.com. Then they put us in a room where the carpet was wet because of the room AC. Then they moved us into a room where the carpet was still wet. We ended up staying in the third room option at around 11pm. The concierge never apologized and explained that most guests don’t want an apology. Awful overall experience.
