We always love our stays at The Hyatt Regency Coconut Point. The rooms are great, the staff is super friendly and accommodating, food and drink are on point. The pools and slides are so fun and the property has so many extras and fun environments to explore.

The staff were very helpful and allowed for early check in without asking- we had reserved the boat to the private island for the day of our arrival and just assumed we’d have to leave everything in our car. Pleasantly surprised to get our room so cold things could go in the frig. Loved the boat ride and island beach. Pools were great. Clean everywhere. They were renovating the conference area so very quiet as no conference guests about. A point of improvement would be things to do on the property when it is lightning/raining- there really isn’t anything available when pools are shut down for lightning.

The property was beautiful and immaculate . Grounds were pristine. I have been to this property 3 times at different times of the year. Unfortunately August the service is very much lacking poolside. I understand it is an off season time of the year but if you have patrons by any of the 4 pools there should be waiters and waitresses circling throughout the day. That was by far not the case this past week I spent there. Unfortunate when you are on vacation.

We enjoyed our stay . This is our second time staying at this Hyatt and it has always been a wonderful experience. The beach is an added perk, you do have to make reservations in advance specially during peak season. The rooms at impeccably clean, the amenities well maintained and the water park is very nice too. We love to spend the night at the Mangroves bar, the drinks are well made and the service superb. We ate at the pool a few times and service is also great. Next time we plan to eat at the hotel restaurants. Keep it up Hyatt!
