Elevator was not working on my previous day and it was not working on this last day either. Construction was going on early hours in the morning very loud The hallway was filled with all kinds of clutter and junk. Other guests were complaining about the constant construction noise also! The hotel clearly has not maintained well

you are not on top of this property. Period.. 25 years of hotel experience. Observations. Sink stop does not work. Chair in room seat worn out with a tear, Ceiling Fan in Bathroom mold and dry wall exposed Bath Tub brown rust stain. Omelet severing pan had broken handle and of course your elevator was not working which of course can happen if you were on top of the property Rather disappointed and notup to La Quinta brand standards. I bet the property is for sale

Had to wait 5 minutes for front desk attendant to come to the desk. Elevator put of service for the room on the 3rd floor. Toilet won't stop running so water was turned off. Area not very nice.

Staff was great checked in really late and they were really nice. Both of the ladies that took care of me because I had to extend my stay room was nice. The first one and the second one was spacious both clean and both rooms beds were great.

The property was close to the expressway, which made it easily accessible. It was very quiet, the pool was very clean, and the staff were very friendly and polite. The free breakfast was a definite plus!! I would definitely stay there in the future.

The front desk staff was very courteous and helpful. The room and furniture wasn’t in good condition with nicks and dings and missing furniture pulls. There was no place to plug in a cell phone next to the bed unless you disconnect the alarm clock or lamp.

Stayed 3 nights, no cleaning took place in the room. Had to ask Maid in hallway for shampoo and soap. No clean towels in hotel, no pool towels, spotted mold in the ceiling of our room 314. Cracked tiles in bathroom. Asked for directions to beach and front desk clerk did not know or attempt to find out. Breakfast room is too small to accommodate all hotel guests and air conditioning very poor. We spent little time in hotel fortunately so did not have to endure for lengthy time periods the poor conditions. Hotel is in bad need of refurbishing if Wyndham plans to keep this hotel open. Poor signage at entrance of hotel, never saw name of road hotel is located on. Wyndham, you need to fix this, your brand is at stake.
