Ok for one night

Last minute overnight here and it was ok for one night. Front desk and support were great. Our a/c wasn’t working - they did offer to move us and we’re very apologetic - but we were so tired and had half our stuff strewn about before we realized. Could be a dicey area at night but the parking lot is gated which is comforting. But I will say this - AMAZING breakfast! Definitely more than we were expecting and a much-welcomed surprise!

First room the door would not lock, room #110, seemed otherwise like nice room. Got moved to other side of building and seemed much more run down. Room served its purpose for one night stay while traveling. Needs updates.

They didn’t want us to get clean sheets and they put dirty sheets on the bed and the breakfast was ok and the house keeper suck and it was a dead bird on porch so I give it a 1 and if I come back to Nashville it will not be this hotel

I found this property while looking for a place to stay for the weekend for a travel agent conference. I loved the pictures and amenities that were offered with this hotel but the price for me at the time was out of my budget I had in place. However,this hotel was so intriguing and kept popping up so I went to the reviews and was surprised to see how great they were especially after everyone's interaction with Ms Angie and staff. I called and spoke to her and she was all of that they spoke of and more. She answered all of my questions and I felt like we were old friends by how warm she was. I eventually found a room for a super great deal and quickly booked it and then called the hotel because I'm 4 hours away in Indianapolis, IN. I spoke to Ashley and she was just as awesome as Angie and assured me I would be fine to check in when I got there. I got in pretty late and was greeted by Anaia and my goodness,she was just as awesome as Angie and Ashley. My stay was great although I was unable to use the pool due to the seasonal closing and the hot tub due to timing. Anaia gave me a tour of the hotel and executive suite and was the most gracious host. The staff was part of the reason for such a good stay and I can't wait to come back. Happy Hour was good, the breakfast was delicious and my stay was the best. I took photos and bragged to my friends and travel clients. Thank you, TeMesha C.
