I recently stayed at the hotel for 4 days with my 2 daughters ( one is 6 another is 2 ) and it was very convenient and relaxing stay. The Room was spacious and clean ; the location were top-notch, lots of dining options nearby and easy to go to all the attractions like zoo and sea world . free parking make it more outstanding , I would definitely recommend this hotel .

Could Be BETTER With Minor Changes

I didn't appreciate that I had to ASK for new set of towels and have a beds made the day prior. I prefer this be a given for everyday cleaning. The wallpaper in the bathroom over the mirror was coming apart where is came together. Very minor repair unless left to fall apart. The bathroom door had water damage all along the bottom edge as though it had gotten wet at some point. The TV remote was difficult to use. There was no channel guide in the room. The guide on the actual TV wasn't easily accessible. Unsure if this was due to the remote itself???
