Not the worst but…

Was really disappointed in the poorly cleaned condo. Grimy dust on the ceiling fan, spots of mold in the shower, dust on the woooden furniture. Coffee table had dust bunnies shelf under top. No coffee filters, not even a box of tissues. We had to empty The garbage from the bag because there were no extra bags. View and grounds were nice. Just way too small and the sofa was extremely uncomfortable. Recliner would not recline fully, so if you adjust your position, it would close. If you are older than40, this probably won’t be good for you.

Wonderful property! Clean and quiet with a beautiful view of the bay! We had a little issue with a broken toilet handle that was promptly fixed! Would stay here again for sure!

Beautiful waterfront view

We enjoyed the sunsets and watching the dolphins. We also enjoyed the private fishing pier. The unit was dusty upon arrival. Way too many dishes for a studio for 2. There was no place to put our groceries. Pots and pans were accurate. There was way too many serving dishes such as salad bowls, enough for a graduation party. I would suggest removing some of the dishes and make one of the white cupboards available for groceries.

quiet and peaceful retreat

Our condo was comfortable and nicely decorated but too small for us. I like windows and of course there is none except for the patio door. There was no cupboard space/pantry to put food items. I think you could reorganize the cupboards/hutch to make more room. There was some construction right next to our patio so our patio furniture was dirty with construction debris.

Location is amazing, weather was perfect, direct access to sound side. The only complaints was back door was extremely difficult to open and close, one of the beach chairs was broken, one day the pool was out of service.. but it was an amazing stay!

Check in was super easy, David was so welcoming. The property was better than described. Right on the bay, beautiful brand new gazebo with picnic tables and grills, small beach area right beside the grassy knoll the our patio led to... could not have been more relaxing! And only 10 minute walk to the beach. If you’re looking for a quiet relaxing area, this is it! The condo was quaint and had everything we needed. We sure did appreciate this property. Thank you Lord!

place. The unit we had was perfect. It was on the ground floor with an amazing view of the sound and sunsets each evening out the bedroom window. I will be back. The only thing that could have been a little better was the mattress in the pull out sofa.
