I have stayed here 4 times now in the past year. They usually have us near the pool and we have no issues. This time i requested a room next to my daughter who was roomed on the 2nd floor. The shower wouldn't regulate the temperature, going from extreme hot to extreme cold no matter what i did to adjust it. And the toilet would not drain properly. Other than those two concerns, the room was clean, beds comfortable and the room serves is purpose

Air conditioning worked well. The bed was comfy. Room lacked lighting in the room, no desk lamp, etc. The TV did not work. Very noisy neighbors next door, and they were outside our door, until at least midnight. Breakfast was waffles, cereal, small muffins, toast, juices, coffee..... no yogurt or fresh fruit.
