I was not notified that the hotel would not have on-site dining as advertised nor the prepaid breakast even though there was a live call with the hotel the day of arrival. This was a gift stay for my daughters and granddaughters that turned out horribly. The staff was gracious but I feel very disappointed in the lack of communication and the fact that the opportunity to make alternate plans was taken from me from the lack of full disclosure. I want a refund

The hotel in itself is very clean and smells amazing from the time you walk in. The room was beautiful and spacious. The staff were friendly and very welcoming. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxury experience at a great price.
