Very expensive for the poor conditions of hotel and room pillows were dirty and stained very loud you could hear people next door having sex and banging on wall upstairs jumping traffic at night very loudly and breakfast service very poor

I do not travel a lot and even though I did not eat breakfast (my choice due to time constraints on my part) there were plenty of options and everything looked so delicious that I wished I got up earlier to eat there. Definitely next time!

The room was good, and soundproof but the front desk and entry smelled smoke really bad, people are smoking right beside the doors. I think they are renovationg the hallways because the carpets are dirty, the walls are damaged

Dryers in laundry room filter was not clean ,old dirty dryer sheets were stuck along the inside of dryer. The lighting for the room that I booked was very dim. I would of preferred a well lit room.

The only complaint I have is that the vending machine wasn't working and it took my five dollars. When I approached front desk about gaining reimburse I was told to call the number listed on the vending machine. I called several times and left messages but there was no return calls or answer. A other vending machine had expired goods. Front desk staffs not too friendly.
