We only slept there - we went to a show at the Amp, and it was very close. The lobby was very nicely decorated. The room was fine - like I said, we only slept there, but it was nice and roomy and comfortable.

Our king size room was newly remodeled and very clean. Breakfast was excellent as well as the service. The only downside was that the pool was closed for maintenance, but overall a very nice stay.

Overall nice place.

The room was nice and clean. The bed. Comfortable. The only complaint I had was I had to give a security deposit which I was not aware of.

Very close to the amphitheatre

Me and my daughter stayed here so we could be close to the Hartford Healthcare Amphitheatre. We were very happy with our overnight stay. Everything was clean and comfortable. The staff was very nice as well. We will definitely stay there again.

It was a good stay close to were we needed to be. Should probably update site that the pool is closed it was one of the reasons we picked this hotel. Also the lady who was dealing with the breakfast today 9/15 was beyond rude. I get it that it ends at 9 but there were people still trying to get some stuff that were in the room before 9 and she just shut everything down and said oh well ends at 9 but turned the juice on for an employee then told customer who was waiting behind employee oh well it closed. Then she proceeded to shut the lights off when there was about 10 people trying to finish there breakfast. Super rude and shouldn’t be involved with dealing with people
