Announcement: Starting April 21st, we will be painting and performing maintenance on the balconies of our property. This project is expected to last around 30 days. During this time, we are offering special discounted rates on the condos. The listed prices reflect these special, reduced rates for the duration of the work. The pool and beach will remain fully accessible. Please note, all rules and cancellation policies will stay the same. We will keep you posted on any updates.

This nicely decorated 1 bedroom ocean view condo has been recently updated. There is a king sized bed in master bedroom and the unit maximum allowed is 2 persons. The coffee maker in the fully equipped kitchen is a Keurig.
The condo is the perfect location for a view of both the ocean and the beach. You can see all the way down the beach as far as the end of the island.

Unit Supplies: There will be a starter supply of toilet paper and hand soap when you arrive but you may need to purchase paper and cleaning products (paper towels, laundry detergent, toilet paper, etc.) as needed. There is a coin operated washer and dryer on every floor.

This condo offers its guests barbecue grills and an elevator. The front desk is open around the clock.

This New Smyrna Beach condo is smoke free.
