Thank you for considering a stay with us.
Beach restoration is currently underway in our area. This necessary project is designed to improve our coastline, but it brings some temporary changes to our beach experience.
What to Expect:
You may see, hear, and feel vibrations from heavy machinery (bulldozers, pipes) on the beach, especially during business hours. We believe in transparency and want to ensure you have all the information to decide if this is the right time for your visit. While the work is intended to be completed behind our complex by April 11th, there still may be work being done south of us. As a result, last minute bookings are discounted during this time and reflected in the rate shown.

Enjoy the beautiful southward ocean view from the balcony . The master bedroom will entice you with its massive king size bed and the sound of ocean waves. This bedroom has a full private bath and TV.
The second bedroom is tastefully decorated and enjoys its privacy featuring two twin size beds and a full bath located directly outside this bedroom. 3 TV's, a washer and dryer in the unit, 1 DVD player, Premier Cable Service, private secured Internet, reclining sofa, king bed, and 2 twins sleep up to 5.

Unit Supplies: There will be a starter supply of toilet paper and hand soap when you arrive but you may need to purchase paper and cleaning products (paper towels, laundry detergent, toilet paper, etc.) as needed. Beach towels and beach chairs are provided at the owner's discretion.
During your stay at this condo building, you're just a quick walk from New Smyrna Beach. Features include laundry facilities. Free WiFi and a kitchen are available in the condo.

Great gataway

We had a great time in this complex. Its a nice unit with a great view. The master bed is very comfortable. Although the unit needs a bit of renovations in both bathrooms, its comfortable overall. Thanks to Cate for answering quikly all my questions.
