This corner unit is the perfect place for you to snuggle up with a good book on the balcony and listen to the waves. For those that want to keep their toes in the sand, there's some beach games, including bocce ball, enjoy a relaxing dip in the ocean and soak up the warm Florida Sunshine.. You don't have to travel far with restaurants and grocery stores located within walking distance. Wonderful Stay!

We always stayed at Castle Reef in my late teens/early twenties, this trip brought back some great memories. April is a phenomenal host and the unit is great, you will not be disappointed if you choose her condo for your next stay! Beautiful kept property. Very clean, well decorated and fully stocked. The owner kept in touch before, during and after our stay. She provided exceptional service and we'll be back again to listen to the sound of ocean waves as we drift off to sleep in a very comfortable bed.

Perfect property for a quick weekend beach trip for 2. Kitchen is well supplied and property is right on the beach and across from stores and restaurants. Condo is clean and balcony has a great view of the water. Owner is quick to reply and help with anything we needed! Would stay again for sure!

Wonderful time at the beach.

Great condo complex

We have been coming to NSB for quite a few years and this might be one of the cleanest, quietest condo's we have stayed at. We love the no drive beach and the location to great restaurants. The condo was very clean and welcoming. We would definitely consider staying here again.

Oasis!

April’s condo in Castle Reef is beautifully appointed and spotless. It has been recently completely renovated and the bathroom, although, not large is like a spa, with a gorgeous step in shower. Linens and towels are high quality and new. The tile floor is beautiful and there are attractive rugs for it. Being on the fifth floor offers a beautiful view of the ocean. The elevators are prompt and clean, and the entire complex is quiet as it is on the no car and of New Smyrna Beach. It has a huge (75 inch?) tv for rainy days and the kitchen is very well stocked. It is obvious that the home has been made to feel like home-real pride of ownership.
