Only a short walk across the street to the beach, you'll be dipping your toes in the sand in no time.

As you walk into this tastefully decorated veranda you will feel right at home here. After a day at the beach, relax on the comfortable living room furnishings featuring a sofa sleeper and flat-screen TV. The fully equipped kitchen features stainless steel appliances and all your cooking essentials including a standard coffee maker, crock pot, mini electric chopper, and a George Forman Grill.

The spacious master bedroom features a king-size bed, flat screen TV, sliders to the patio, and a private master bath with his/her vanities and a walk-in shower. The 2nd bedroom features a queen size bed and sliders to the patio and a private full bath with a walk-in shower.

With all the comforts of home, Sea Woods Veranda 162 features cable TV, WiFi, board games, reading books, and a full-size washer/dryer. For those heading to the beach, this veranda offers beach toys for the kids to enjoy! Please note, this unit does not have a landline.

The Sea Woods community spans the course of 50 acres of serene, natural rolling dunes and a variety of homes, condominiums, villas, and verandas with easy access to the beautiful car-free beach right across the street. The Canaveral National Seashore, one of the finest national seashore parks in the country, is only minutes away and offers a 57,000 acres national park nestled between the Atlantic Ocean and the Indian River.
