I'm disabled I booked the access room for wheelchair. They did not have it they gave to another customer. I had confirmation number. They said it was your fault. No there's. They put me in an old outdated room. I could not fit in bathroom ....no more booking with Expedia.

Booked a room along with other families for a baseball tournament with children. First room that we were given reeked of urine. Upon bringing this to the staff attention we were provided with another room, thankfully. 2nd evening, there was questionable activities occurring in the common areas with young girls walking around that did not seem to be guests of the hotel, along with a woman who seemed to be in charge of them. A few parents were kicked out of the upstairs lounge due to complaints that we were being too loud, but rather it seemed that we were interrupting whatever business was attempting to occur. Rather than make a formal complaint, as the staff seemed to be urging us to leave the area, we sent our children to the rooms and retired for the evening. Definitely something sketchy happening in this place, and the night staff seemed to be in the know.

Although the room was clean, it could use an update. The lighting in the bathroom was very dim and the paint on the door trim was coming off. The beds/pillows weren’t very comfortable and the bedspreads were thin and one was stained. On a positive nite, we liked the snack back they gave each of us at check out, it was a nice touch. In addition, the staff was very friendly.

Enjoyed the stay and check in was simple. Did not appreciate being greeted rudely by the receptionist. I started off by quickly mentioning I made a reservation from a few days prior. The lady said "I don't care. Give me your name." I'd understand her impatience if I kept making small talk but this was not the case. The rest of the interaction was neutral so I do not wish to blame her, but it felt uncalled for.
