We stayed here once back in 2022 to attend an army formal at West Point, same scenario this time. The front desk gentleman was friendly and helpful Friday night but when we opened the door to out room, the window was wide open and the heat was off. We noticed a couple of burn marks on the night stand and on the couch. There was also a dirty smell when the heat was on. The bathroom door did not want to close properly while the shower didn't drain and there was a sound of dripping water the whole time. No issues getting in or out of the building Friday night, but the entrance smelled like weed. Saturday morning started with there being NO breakfast items left at 0830 but we were able to get coffee. We had to be buzzed out of the building to get lunch and buzzed back in. Our room key was turned off and we had to go back downstairs to get the key turned on. We left Saturday to go to our event and there was some kid laying on a table in the hallway being loud on his phone. We walked past him to go downstairs and noticed all the piled up garbage by the stairs. Again, we had to be buzzed out and again the entrance smelled like weed. Gross. When we returned Saturday night, apparently the accessibility entrance is the golden ticket to getting inside after trying to get buzzed back in through the normal entrance. There was nobody at the front desk this time. Sunday morning, we left and were able to grab some granola bars and coffee for the road. Very disappointing overall

Check in staff was nice. At check out (all I was waiting to do was return the keys ) , the staff waited on another person, for 15 minutes, without even acknowledging me (to ask if I was checking out or if I needed assistance). I finally interrupted asking if I could just return the keys. She said yes. The inside needs a paint job. Everything is grungy and chipped and dirty looking. Not only in the lobby and halls, but in the room, too. The breakfast was pitiful. There was hot water , but no tea bags. Neither the milk nor yogurt were in ice (milk pitcher was in a bowl with no ice). There were bagels, but no cream cheese nor peanut butter. The parking and location were good.

Place is a dump. Lights with no shades, electric outlets with no covers, bathroom tub black, ceiling in hallway sagging, dirty hallway carpet. Breakfast was oatmeal packets & granola bars.
