Great location for walking to main areas in town. The owners were fantastic and offered super fast response to questions. The breakfasts were outstanding! Very well kept older home; great community vibes.

I can’t believe the reviews are so good. Our room was so dirty. Instead of having fresh baked goods which I’m used to at a b&b, they had Hershey kisses, which is fine, but there were 2 Hershey kiss wrappers on the floor of our room when we went in. When I went to pick them up, my tissue came up with a handful of hair. Breakfast was just ok. It’s like the bare minimum required to call it a hot breakfast. This place was a disappointment.

We had a lovely stay in this historic home. Our room was quite warm with only a small fan. Window sashes broken so hard to prop open for ventilation. Breakfast was wonderful. We would come again.

Love the Inn. Beautiful room and comfortable bed. Loved the sheets and bedding. Breakfast was good. Lovely setting! I enjoyed sitting outside in the Gazebo. So peaceful and serene. I highly recommend the Clark Inn I will be back.

The Clark Currier Inn is a gem! It is close to downtown and within easy walking distance of the waterfront and shopping. The renovated historic house has unique rooms and a charm all its own. It’s almost like staying in a European B&B. Caitlin the innkeeper is friendly and kind and she and her staff keep the Inn spotless. The breakfast is homemade and amazing! There were fresh cookies when we checked in and so many quaint common areas to sit and play games, read a book, or just relax. We will certainly be back for a visit soon 😊

Wonderful Stay

What a beautiful historic property! Great location close to downtown, delicious breakfast, and a lovely host. Despite a rainy weekend, we truly enjoyed our trip to Newburyport.
