So disappointed. I loved this hotel the first couple of times I stayed there and have recommended it to so many people. Our stay last night and this morning was not good. We pre-ordered breakfast to be delivered between 740-8am because we had to depart at 830am to make it to an event on time. At 756am, our breakfast had not yet arrived. I called down and the front desk apologized and said the kitchen was prioritizing and it would right up. By 820am it still hadn’t arrived. My daughter has low blood sugar and cannot go without meals. When I called down again, they acted as if we had never ordered anything and said they would ask the kitchen to make us something to go. I called down again to have my car pulled around because we were not late to our event and starving. When I got down, the car was nowhere to be found. When I asked, they said they would go get it. When the car finally arrived, we were 20 minutes late to depart and still no breakfast. When I got in the car, the battery was almost down, no one had charged it overnight. I cannot begin to express my disappointment in this stay. I would like the manager to contact me immediately.
