There was constant noisy tenants at all hours. Toddlers running up and down the halls screaming and playing starting at 7am every morning without parents being parents! The guy next door yelling at 3am and starts blasting rap music at 6am daily. The window may as well be a piece of paper. From the second floor i could hear people talking in normal tones from the parking lot. The shower looked like it had never been cleaned. I ended up showering at the gym. The floors turned my white socks brown! Disgusting!!!! The entire first floor lobby smelled like a dirty armpit. Just a nasty, dirty hotel with a lot of disrespectful, loud and rude tenants.

Horrible hotel , it’s drug addicts and drug dealers all around in and out the hotel. The staff all have nasty attitudes , I think it’s because so many drug affiliated people are around so they think and treat everyone as if they are involved in that kind of stuff. The rooms are dirty on the walls and in the bathrooms. My room did not have a remote the first night , I notified them and they did not bring it until the morning. Switched my room because the new remote didn’t work , just for them to put me in a room where the toilet didn’t flush , the toilet would never fill up with water so the pressure of flushing it was never enough.

Communication about property check-in and check-out procedures was insufficient to plan for our trip, the virtual check-in attendant was friendly and helpful but the overall experience was otherwise very disappointing with a lot of dirty and/or broken features.

They don't have clean sheets and towels they recycle the same old dingy stained up towels no matter what it is I got a towel that someone free bleed on and they did not replace it

As i arrived to the hotel. There wasn't no one there to greet you personally . It was a computer that displayed the person for front desk. There's no genuine , sweet customer service. While trying to check in at 4:50pm rooms were not ready and clean . It took till 6/630pm to be able to check in and complete the check in process. We finally got our room . It was on the 3rd floor. At first you get like wow the rooms look good. But then as you look around the room . You start noticing the damages they tried to fix . Especially the bathroom . The bathroom was the worst. Shower and toilet was old, and low water pressure , towel rack was broken and the fire alarm was making noise all night . I didnt get no good sleep. I left maybe 3 hours before check out. and do check in process.
