No AC after midnight!!

I recently stayed at AAshram Hotel by Niagara River for two nights and wanted to share some concerns regarding my experience. On the first night, there was a complete power outage in the hotel, which caused significant inconvenience. There appeared to be no backup power available, and the situation disrupted our comfort and ability to rest. On the second night, after midnight, the air conditioning in both of the rooms I had reserved stopped functioning properly. Although the fans were running, the ACs were no longer cooling the rooms, even when set as low as 60°F. The room temperature remained noticeably high — likely above 72°F — and it became very uncomfortable to sleep. Since the issue occurred in both rooms, I don't believe it was due to a mechanical failure in a single unit, but rather a broader problem with the building’s cooling system.

The rooms are not insulated you hear everything from next door taking a shower to hear someone throwing up on the shower , the guess are horrible they don’t respect the time to check in an start throwing doors an speaking loud language! I had to get up a tell them that I need to sleep it was 1-2am an I had a flight at 6am. I call front office the upstairs room same issue they told me there was a check in a people had no respect walking like they had bricks on there foot a the loud water running! Is not the right rating start I expected. The continental was very poor ! I’m personally will not book again! People look up for great alternatives.
