Hotel room was nice and clean. Checking in, had to wait a couple min before anyone came out to help. The area around the hotel didn’t look like the best of neighborhoods. The parking lot is small, I think there was another one on the other side of the building but it looked sketchy over there.

Owner lady is very rude. She did not like our kids running/playing around and in her property. Not for families. No cook to make any food so No boiled eggs or any kid of eggs for breakfast. If you ask anything, you will get a rude reply. 2 people manages whole property. Paid $380 for one night. Too costly for the service we got.

Absolute value for money. Rooms are spacious. Very clean. AC, lights and refrigerator works perfect. Lights are moderate and will make you safe. Property was completely sold out but clients were all tourists. No notorious locals! House keeping is great. Towels and Drappery and curtains and bedsheets are clean. Pillows are very comfortable. Parking is divided on two sides of the motel, but safe. Breakfast is fresh and healthy. Just one suggestion, second waffle machine will add more value 😀 Overall we are very satisfied. All 16 people in our group enjoyed stay in our four rooms. Strongly recommend and shall stay again whenever back to Niagara Falls US side ❤️
