The front desk staff was friendly and helpful.I think that more effort can be put into the ambiance of the establishment. From you enter the front door there was an awful stench as if the area was just moped using dirty water.The stench of what could be from wet carpeting was very evident..A little more effort into cleanliness would be good.We stayed for four nights and outta those nights the pool was closed for two.

Beds were great ! Breakfast buffet was barely warm and there wasn’t a microwave to heat anything up ? Apples in the buffet were old . Asked for a shower cap at the front desk ( forgot mine ) and they wanted to charge me for it 😡

Our stay was ok. The breakfast was pretty standard. We were very disappointed that the hot tub was filled in. We were hoping to sit in the hot tub while the kids swam. The kids did like the pool and the temperature of the water and pool room were great. But it was difficult to see the falls and still have enough time for the kids to swim since the pool closed at 8p and check in was at 4p. We were surprised there was no bar soap for the shower or sink but guess you’re supposed to use the body wash instead? Unfortunately as we were packing up we found a squished jellybean in one of the beds, and we didnt bring any jellybeans with us.
