The property was nice. The furniture in the room was very nice and in good condition. The only issue we had was that the room door’s electronic key pad didn’t work when we returned to the hotel and I had to get new key cards. The onsite restaurant serves a decent breakfast for a fee. Otherwise we were satisfied with the hotel. It was in a convenient location.

Multiple people complained about their rooms while I was in line waiting to check in. The air vent in the shower on the ceiling was filthy with grime falling out of it, mildew around silicone and tile. The elevator dropped us on floor 2 but the number pressed was 1 then I had to press "L" to get to 1. Parking is extremely tight and on a slope

Everythings are well, but Internet ( Wi-Fi) does not connect properly. It works only at the lobby, but it does not work in the room. Since we were traveling from the U.S, it is difficult to use the data and the only connection was wifi. but wifi does not work neither

I was extremely satisfied with my stay. Everything matched the descriptions and photos on the website. My room was very clean, quiet, and offered a beautiful view of the river and waterfall. It was convenient to access all the attractions without needing a car. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone planning to visit Niagara.

The hotel was a no frills stay. Overall was clean and comfortable, breakfast buffet is $15 each day and parking is $25 per day. The best thing about this hotel is the easy walk to the falls. About a 10 minute easy walk without climbing a bunch of hills.

I was given a room no 19 it’s a semi basement room, smelly, disgusting. I had to go and ask for another room the front desk b attendant said sorry we are full maybe not to bother try a client service. Asked with a rude tone what’s wrong with the room btw not a room girl comme on. Then a manager came and offeeed a balcony room with extra 10 dollars to pay I accepted as my daughter was exhausted. The room is slightly better but very old. I will never recommend this hotel for the price they offer
