Checked in around 10:30 PM with my son and had a terrible experience from start to finish. The front desk initially assigned us a room on the far side of the building and said no closer rooms were available, which turned out to be untrue. The walkway smelled terrible and there was a strong weed and smoke odor in the elevator. We were then given another room closer by(which I wish had been offered during check-in), but it wasn’t much better. The elevator was dirty and the room didn’t feel properly cleaned. There were also loud noises in the hallways, which made us feel very unsafe. We ended up leaving within 15 minutes and booking another hotel closeby which was a far better experience. This was by far the worst hotel experience I’ve had in all my years of traveling. I would never stay here again.

We stayed here last Christmas for 10 nights, and this Christmas for 7 nights. The property has gone downhill since last year; lose trim in room that keeps you from opening drawers, rust in bath tub, paint wore off doors and more. We had NO room service the entire 7 nights! We emptied our trash! No clean towels or cleaning of the room!! They are now charging $10/day for parking. I highly recommend you stay across the street at Home2. We stayed there in February and much, much better.
