My stay went above and beyond my expectations! The staff was extremely friendly and welcoming, and the room was spotless. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area. Whenever I come back to Norfolk, this will definitely be my go-to place to stay.

One of the cleanest ones I’ve stayed at Customer service was great at check in last night. Called the front desk this morning and come hood bugga girl had a whole attitude off me asking one question. Wish I knew her name id post it here. I don’t like dealing with ghetto chicks

Great Stay in Norfolk, VA.

The Residence Inn by Marriott Norfolk Airport is the place to stay. The hotel rooms were immaculate, the free breakfast was exceptional. Additionally, the convenience of shopping, local restaurants and close proximity to the airport made the stay even more appreciated. I will definitely stay here again on my next visit to Norfolk.

No hot water/ Reps lied to us

No hot water for the entire length of our stay. We were told at check it that it would only be out for the night and would be back up the next morning/ afternoon but we were there for 2 nights and we didnt even have hot water at the time that we checked out. They straight up lied to us. Bad situation and not happy. Will not stay here again.

We were moved three times after a long travel because the rooms had horrible smells , the third room the couch was ripped as well as the sliding doors by the closet . When asked about prolonging our stay for a few hours or a day I was told because we had grievances that they don’t want to extend our stay. Not the best experience, $100 was credited back to the stay . I’ve never experienced something like this in any of the hotels that I have stayed in .
