The only thing that concerned us was the door in the back parking lot was unlocked (people could come in without being a guest at the hotel.) The A/C was questionable, but worked after a bit. This is our second time at the hotel and we'll be back again!

When we arrived in our room, the toilet seat was up, there was urine on the toilet, and there was garbage in the bathroom garbage. When the front desk was notified, the response was, “I’ll notify housekeeping.” Definitely not something that should be happening.

I only gave it a 4 star because we we’re under the impression that the pool was heated and it was not heated so just be prepared when you go. It’s not heated other than that. The place was fine a little expensive for room service but that’s a hotel for you.
