Very clean room. Front desk staff was a little rude. But I would stay there again because of the location and cleanliness. Unfortunately it was very snowy and the parking lot and spaces were terrible.

First of all, we got a great deal for two rooms so I can’t complain about the price. The rooms were OK a little tacky it’s OK they’re clean. Unfortunately, the desk person was not the most pleasant but she seemed to be getting ridiculous phone calls from people so I imagine she was a little bit frazzled, but would I go again probably not.

Check in was super quick. My issue lies with gaining access to our room. Because of the cold weather, the key cards did not work very well. We were stuck out in the cold for 5-7 minutes while continuously trying to activate the door via the key card. We were warned there would be an issue but if that is a reoccurring condition, maybe key cards should not be the only way to gain access to rooms.

Evening front desk worker was very impersonable, and not helpful. When asked a question would get a one word attitude of a response. Asked for a late check out for the next day and before i could finish speaking, got cutoff and told “no”. Mind you the hotel was not fully booked or busy. Didn’t bother to ask of that fact that was only asking for an additional hour and meds, through IV, needed to be given at a given time.
