Room smelled musky. There was a leak overnight that was in the bathroom and came all the way out to the foyer area. Did call the front desk. They stated I should come grab some towels because the person that works for maintenance does not show up until after 8 AM so now at four or 5 AM in the morning I had all the towels thrown on the floor, trying to soak up any water so this way it does not come towards the carpet or go anywhere else. I did speak to the person at the front desk when we were leaving and they told me the same thing maintenance comes in after eight, and there was nothing that he can do and I did request some sort of refund or partial refund due to that issue and I was told somebody would get back to me, but unfortunately, no one did because they don’t care

The room was clean which was the only positive. They had a few muffins and coffee and juice for breakfast. This doesn’t constitute as breakfast and hence was very disappointed in the false advertising. Will not stay here again.

Great location to spend the night before heading out to catch a flight from JFK. Close enough to the city to go out yet far away enough that the cost of the room is decent. Wonderful breakfast options. Thank you!

The rooms were clean. housekeeping did a terrific job on presentation with making the beds and towels suppled. Staff was friendly and helpful. Not a full breakfast which was fine but some website stated they had breakfast which was not accurate. Lucky I called beforehand and was aware of this prior to stay.
