Beautiful hotel and great amenities. We loved the suite, the lobby overlook, and especially the heated pool and jacuzzi near the fitness room. The warm cookies and water at check-in were a nice touch, and the overnight staff member who welcomed us was very kind.
Unfortunately, our stay was dampened by a prepaid breakfast issue. Breakfast was part of why we chose this hotel for my husband’s birthday weekend, yet it somehow disappeared from our reservation. We ended up paying an extra $60, and despite reaching out to Hilton, Hotels.com, and the hotel directly, we never received a response. Daytime front desk staff were also dismissive and unhelpful, which was disappointing, especially as someone who works in hospitality.
Great property, but service consistency and follow-up need improvement.
