The property was great indoor heated pool with jacuzzi and the staff were nice but when I asked for a luggage cart they said I had to come down and get one at the front entrance they don’t bring it up to me thought that was a little inconvenient because I have 4 children and juggling all that just seemed odd that they wouldn’t bring it to me.

Upon arrival, we were offered cookies, which excited my children until we were told they only had cookies with walnuts. Our room smelled and looked very clean. We booked a room with a kitchen, but it only had a mini fridge and microwave. The room had 2 towels. We called down and asked for 3 more, but they were never sent to our room. The light over the vanity sink didn’t work. The pool was nice and well enjoyed by my kids. On our second night there a car alarm kept going off in the middle of the night. While we enjoyed the convenience of everything nearby, we couldn’t wait to leave the hotel. It wasn’t the pleasant stay we’re used to and were quite disappointed.

This is a beautiful hotel, very clean and you feel welcomed from the moment you set foot in it. After check-in you get a warm chocolate chip cookie for each guest. The room is also clean and spacious. The bed and the pillows an absolute dream. The bathroom very modern. We had a great time. Highly recommended.
