Breakfast bar, Enclosed sun porch, WIFI, HVAC, Washer/Dryer, Dishwasher, Microwave, Cable TV, Hot/Cold outside shower. 4th bedroom with sitting area is ground level accessable by interior stairs and has an exterior door entrance. No Pets. No Smoking. Linens included in weekly and less than 7 day stays only. 2 night minimum rates available in Value/Spring and 3 night rates available in Resort seasons.
