Very clean, easy parking, friendly staff, good breakfast. Stayed one night with family while visiting Yosemite and enjoyed our stay. Our room was very spacious and comfortable compared to other places we stayed during our road trip through the area. And it was a nice little town with everything we needed.

Clean and spacious rooms, good breakfast, friendly and helpful staff. Good location. The Steam room wasn't working, and the dry sauna wasn't hot enough to even break into sweat - so 4/5 stars.

It is a very nice hotel with comfortable quality amenities, but I wouldn't recommend this place. I think they assume that people staying are just a bunch of foreign tourists coming to see Yosemite once -- so they don't care about repeat business. The staff is rude. We were eating breakfast and had the sliding door open to let in fresh air. My partner is immune-compromised and we always wear a mask and stay outdoors as much as possible. A cleaning staff came and yelled that we can't open the sliding door because the a/c is on, then proceeded to slam the sliding door shut. Then she went about her business like that was normal. She didn't bother talking to us, just seemed irritated and made excessive noise emptying the trash can. Her demeanor was so abrasive that I went to speak to the manager later. The manager knew who I was talking about, and defended the cleaning staff. My partner and I rarely travel together because of his chronic condition, so this was supposed to be a special couple of days at a nice hotel. We both came out feeling unheard. The next day they had a big water leak and the alarm rang so everybody had to evacuate the building. Everybody was standing outside for maybe 30 minutes to an hour, yet no one from the hotel came to explain anything to us.Stay away!!

Worst management of a hotel ever. If your upstairs guests are making a racket at 4:30 am, you’ll be told there’s nothing they can do and that “they’re allowed to get ready” even if the noise continues for 2 hours. First time leaving a review for a hotel in 20 years of traveling. That’s how bad our family’s experience was at this hotel.

It was a very pleasant stay except for the rude front desk member (Juan) who took almost 5 minutes to even acknowledge us at the front desk then proceeded to speak to us like he had pulled us over for a traffic violation. He spoke to us in a curt, demanding tone of voice throughout the encounter. It was very upsetting and a bad start to our stay although the rest of our stay was pleasant. People with that attitude should not be in a job dealing with the public.
