The wonderful, friendly, helpful staff absolutely made this visit. The rooms are small but modernized and clean—if you’ve stayed in hotels in Europe you it will feel familiar. The lobby and bar / restaurant are gorgeous but the stairs and hallways are a bit worn down. Which can come with the territory in historic hotels so I didn’t really mind. Hotel is walking distance from so many things, including the BART which is literally around the corner. Overall delightful stay, made even better by the staff.

I try to set the ac and just temperature when Down a little a keep waiting and never went down at all Bed is to old hard and not comfortable to sleep hard and can feel my daughter moving allot
