Very disappointed at checkin. I made the reservation in advance, paid, and received notice of payment from Amex. When I arrived I was informed the payment was denied (??) and I had to pay again. I now feel I’ve paid twice and may need to chase this down with someone unnecessarily. Payment was made and confirmed, why did I pay again. VERY DISAPPOINTING!
