What a gem! Our room was clean, quiet, and comfortable. All staff that we encountered were helpful and friendly. The breakfast buffet was delicious with many options. The pool was refreshing after a long drive. The grounds were well kept.

Pool water was pretty dirty and the hotel fire alarm went off in the middle of the night for some unknown reason. Breakfast was overpriced for what they served. Otherwise the hotel was very clean and well cared for. I was traveling solo and I felt safe in the hotel and on the premises. The horse stables were a lot of fun in the rear of the hotel.

On the contrary, we just left another Hilton Honors hotel and now looking back our stay in Ocala, Florida it was terrible there. We were treated shabbily, even after l called ahead and spoke with a team member. Our room linen looked dingy, the refrigerator did not work, no microwave, and parking was horrid. Staff member acted as if she was not informed. I was very disappointed. Actually, embarrassed because of the hotel conditions.

The staff at the Hilton Ocala were great - friendly, polite and professional. The hotel is also beautiful and very welcoming as you walk into the lobby. However, I gave it 3 stars because our room was not cleaned well. Additionally, and food served in their restaurant, Arthurs, was terrible and our table was not wiped off well after the previous customers, and the floor was covered in food. Finally, our room was very humid, especially after taking a shower because their was no exhaust fan in the bathroom.

Although we enjoyed our stay at the Hilton hotel, our tv did not work in the room. As soon as we checked in we reported this to the front desk and they never sent someone to fix this issue. The hotel room is extremely outdated and has a smell as if it is wet or humid.

Pet friendly hotel but advertises as NO PETS!

Lobby was BEAUTIFUL.. But rooms were ok... not horrible; they were good... average I guess. What I didnt like is that this hotel advertises that it's NOT pet-friendly, which was a plus for me due to allergies and plus I think it's nasty to have dogs in hotel rooms... cleaning doesnt always get all of the excrement or just the odors of the pets. Yet, people are walking in or carrying their dogs and staff didnt seem to mind. I get it that these ddays people call them 'service' animals, but I would think 'no pets' should mean NO PETS. So for that reason, I wouldnt stay again. However, the staff-- AMAZINGLY NICE!! They were the best!

Housekeeping was invasive and harassing. They pounded on the fire multiple times a day, when they saw us chime back to our room, and we told them to wait until we left that afternoon. They came at 830am on the day of checkout. We were only given 2 waters for the entire stay, the two water was undrinkable, and bottles water was $6 in the lobby. No coffee available on onsite, except for the gross coffee in the room. No bathtub for single/,king rooms. We're Hilton stock holders and we're very disappointed in the details. When we come next year, we'll be staying elsewhere

Great hotel, no EV Charge though!

Great hotel, friendly staff, nice service. My only complaint is that I chose this hotel specifically because it advertised having an EV charging station, but when I arrived I discovered that the charging station was newly installed and had no service. I should have called to double check before I booked it. Lesson learned!

Good location nearby shopping and restaurants but not really walkable as it’s a busy street with heavy traffic. Hotel room was a little weathered with some obvious staining on the bed skirts and carpet and bathrooms could use an update, but comfortable beds and friendly staff with perfect parking which was all that mattered to us.

Amazing 5 star service

This hotel offers 5 star service at a budget friendly price. The staff was amazing. They noticed every nuance and were constantly asking if you needed anything. The bar staff was also great and the restaurant offered some very nice food options. Highly recommend this hotel.
