From the moment you arrive, The Equestrian Hotel feels elegant, welcoming, and impeccably run. The property is stunning, beautifully designed with refined equestrian details that feel luxurious without being overdone. Except for the front desk, all staff went above and beyond to ensure a lovely stay. The property and rooms are exceptional, which is the reason for the rating. The front desk was a disappointment and TWICE ignored me standing in front of them (first checking in myself and then again checking in a later arrival).
