Screen porch attached for your morning coffee or evening wine. One car garage with 2 bicycles, 2 sets of golf clubs, and a kayak included for use. A short drive to Ocean Isle, or a bike ride or golf cart trip (available for rent nearby) from Sunset Beach. Restaurants, drug stores, groceries and boat landings nearby. Living room has foldout couch for additional guest if needed.
