Very nice hosts. We enjoyed our stay. However, everything in the house was very out dated and old. And the beds were not comfortable. It also was a disappointment to have to pay extra for the pool and facilities.

Family vacation

The house was large enough to accommodate 13 people. Overall, we enjoyed our stay. We were close to Bethany Beach and about 30 minutes from OCMD beach. The house was very close to markets, donut shops and a bakery (Difebos). We had a few issues with the bedding and also the dryer (took several cycles to dry). We noticed that the cookware and wine refrigerator were not properly cleaned. There were some broken items including a cracked bathroom door that we made the property owners aware of. They re

Long Weekend Getaway

For my husband’s 40th birthday, we decided to rent a house that could comfortably fit 10 of our friends/family for a golf getaway. We needed a house that was also pet friendly for our Bernedoodle. This property had plenty of clean bedrooms and bathrooms to choose from. The house, linens and towels were also clean. The downstairs rec room was a comfortable space for us to all hang out. When we arrived there was a fire alarm beeping which we had to dismantle and the two propane tanks for the grill were out of gas. I was able to communicate with the property manager and he responded promptly. Overall,I would recommend.

Great stay

Very clean house and calm neighbors. We would love to come back when it is warmer. That being said, the rooms on the second floor were quite cold at night even when we turned up the heater. Would have been nice to have more blankets for each bed. But even with that, it was one of our best stays in recent days. Thank you!

Fall getaway

The door to enter the property was slightly warpped so the deadbolt lock stuck and we had to confirm the keycode as we thought it was not working. The owner responeded very quickly and we were able to get entry quickly. The carpet in the King bedroom was heavely stained from pets so we didn't want to use that bedroom. The stairs carpet was also dirty and in need of cleaning/replacing. The upstairs bedrooms were good and we stayed in the queen with the walk in shower. We had to take the King bedroom smock alarm down as it was constantly beeping even though it was a hard wired alarm. Everything else was good, kitchen had everything we needed. Easy to find property and nice neiborhood.

Large townhouse with 5 bedrooms in lovely community. Fenced in backyard for dog. Many activities available: indoor and outdoor pool, hot tub, sauna, pickle ball, tennis, and golf, of course.

Great get away for large groups

The house is very close to several beaches. The house was so inviting. My parents, siblings, and their spouses nestled around the fireplace reminiscing together while our kids watched movies they liked downstairs! We took our dog who loved the house as well. The kitchen had all the utensils we needed to make or warm up meals, the fridge was big, the bed linens and towels were nice and clean. We felt safe in the neighborhood, and had enough parking for all of our cars. We had a great time! The house was beautiful. Thank you to the owners and property managers for taking great care of us. We really appreciate it.

Stay was great! Location was very nice also, I’ve stayed at Bear Trap before so I knew what to expect but they should let you know that there are fees to use amenities. I also feel that the cleanliness of the property needs to improve! I found myself cleaning a lot when I got there so a new cleaning crew is very much needed other than that it was a nice place. Definitely would recommend.
