Mistakes on charges and staff was ridiculous about correcting it. Entire outside of the property absolutely reeks of cat urine. (I worked rescue and am not sensitive to it....it reeks)

Quality it was not! Mold covering the entire bathroom ceiling! Shower had blobs of shampoo running down the walls and hair from the last guest. Looked like blood in the corner of tub shower wall, looked to red to be rust. Sad so many hotels have stopped caring.
