We stayed a total of 7 nights. 4 nights were paid by Expedia. I had a second room for 3 nights. The hotel charged me for 4 nights when it should have been 3. Their management would not correct this. The IHG corporate was no help and worthless, even though I am a Platinum Elite member. I had to file a complaint through my credit card company to keep from paying the extra night. I won because I had excellent documentation. IHG will never get another dime of my money.

Everything online about this hotel seemed great and we enjoyed our stay, BUT there was an issue with the hot water, the hot tub was broken, and the pool was closed today. maybe our luck was just bad but i was really looking forward to the hot tub :/ the room was really clean and comfortable, breakfast was good, just bummed that the hot tub was out and also, there were not smart tvs.

Pros: Clean, comfy room. Roomy lobby. Decent breakfast. Extra touches include nice closet, fridge, etc. Cons: no bathtub! I love relaxing in the tub while on vacation. Yes, there’s a hot tub, but it was small and I would have shared it with strangers. Yuck.

We enjoyed the breakfast. The hotel location is great. Our room was not dirty but the bathroom did not appear too clean as there were multiple hairs, etc upon arriving. We had a room that had a conjoining door to another room. We were woken early morning in the night by the guy in the room next door. He had the tv turned up loud and we could hear the phone conversation he was loudly having. Not sure why there would not be a spund-proof door. We were very disappointed in the noise and had a terrible night of rest because of it.

The hotel seemed a little tired and needing a refresh. There was no hot water for the first day of our stay. This was rectified the next day, but the shower was still only luke warm. The tv only truly received about 1/4 of the channels. It either showed no signal, or the picture was very pixelated like there was not enough bandwidth. This is a basic service that should be available to all guests at all times. The ceiling fan in the living room of our “suite” was not operable due to the remote was missing. Again, this is a basic service that should be available. The available breakfast was basic and did not seem appetizing, but it is the level that is to be expected from the brand. The hotel just seemed like it was in need of even basic care and maintenance.
