Not that close to Leavitt theater as Expedia indicated. . Certainly not walking distance. Comfortable room and great shower. But we felt $200 was too much for off season. Breakfast not included but reasonably priced and good. Would probably look for less money further out of town given that we ultimately had to get in our car to get to the theater.
