This is a great affordable location walking distance to downtown and the beach. The room was very clean. Liza gave us great dining recommendations. We will definitely be back.

We really enjoyed our stay and will be back. The rooms are clean, it has a nice pool and is in walking distance to downtown. The staff is friendly and was always available to assist when needed.

We recently discovered an exceptional deal on Hotels.com. The reception staff provided a warm and friendly greeting. The room was meticulously clean and featured a newly installed magnetic showerhead. We would highly recommend this establishment and appreciate its convenient location within walking distance of downtown. The return journey from downtown is estimated to take approximately 20 minutes.

The Board of Health for Ogunquit should pay a visit. The floor outside toilet & shower where the sink was, was slippery and dangerous. The tub was filthy. The pole light in the room had to be plugged in as the knob was missing. The bed linens did not seem clean. I complained, was told that I could not get a refund if we left. Under new management. Great for just one or 2 nights. Close enough to walk to downtown. Clean rooms and loved having fridge and microwave but rooms could use a little tlc (paint) small rug near door for wet shoes as it rained the weekend we were there. Staff awesome.
