The beds and pillows are very hard. The rooms are spacious. Requested Tower two but got Tower one that is close to the highway and you hear logging trucks all night long. Besides that I do enjoy staying there.

The bed comfort level was just OK, wouldn’t any to stay more than a few nights but the rooms were clean spacious and quiet, considering it was a casino.

I understand kids will be kids but someone needs to keep an eye on adults drinking alcohol and kids jumping in the pool and hot tub. Staying at the casino isn’t cheap and I would at least like to enjoy the hot tub without getting splashed. I won’t be back.

I think there should be a sign for going to hotel cus we went to the casino side not knowing until after the fact..also a lot of parking was taken up by people having trailers took up 3-5 spots. I thought it was cool rv parking area.staff was nice wish some food spots were open later for the late arrivers.

We booked a King room and they gave our room away. They tried to put us in two queen beds. They said they were not obligated to give us a king room, even though we paid extra for a king, because we book through a third party. After a bit of a hassle, they “found” us a king room. After that, we were happy with our stay.

One of the nicest casinos we’ve stayed at. Newly remodeled, new food choices . Friendly staff. Well maintained grounds, lots of flowers , huge parking lot and RV parking .

The room was nice but whoever cleaned it didn’t do a very good job. Windows and toilet seat were dirty. For the price during mid week I wanted something better. Also, no food vouchers or discounts on anything. Really overpriced for what you get.
